Cape Beverage Works is a hospitality-focused food and beverage innovation company based in Cape Town.

We work with hotels, restaurants, cafés, event organisers and hospitality venues to identify opportunities in the food and beverage market and turn them into real experiences.

From product concepts and sourcing to large-scale event operations, our work bridges the gap between idea and execution. Whether it’s developing a unique beverage concept, sourcing specialised hospitality products, or operating mobile food and beverage trailers at major events, CBW focuses on solutions that are practical, creative and memorable.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR & FOUNDER- Jennifer Palos

 

Jennifer is a multimedia producer with international production experience across creative development, live television and large-scale project management.

Her background spans photography, food styling, line producing, post-production and event operations, working across complex international productions and large-scale production budgets.

After identifying opportunities within the food and beverage and hospitality sectors, she founded Cape Beverage Works to develop innovative concepts, source unique products and create memorable hospitality experiences for venues and events.
